What exactly do I get?
A channel that posts on its own: we set up a system that finds new topics around the clock, picks the strongest and turns them into reels and image posts in your design, plus finance posts and carousels if you like. Everything goes out at the best time on your platforms. On top: your own portal at your own address where you see everything, and ongoing support from us.
Will my channel look like Punkt News?
No. Every client gets their own design. We either take over your existing template, ideally straight from Canva, or create a new one with you, exactly the way you want it. Punkt News is our own channel and only shows what the system can do.
Which topics does it work for?
For every niche with something new every day: news, politics, business and finance, sports, tech, science, nature, local news. Reels need new video material, image posts and carousels work without it. In the intro call we check honestly whether your niche delivers enough.
Can you simply post other people's videos?
Not just like that. We work with clear rules: official sources first (authorities, parliaments, clubs, companies), broadcaster material only within quotation and reporting rights, a visible source, no licenses that require attribution without it, and a fixed process if a rights holder objects. The details are in the contract.
Who decides what gets posted?
You do. Either you approve every post in advance (via Telegram), or you let the automation run and keep the “Don't post” button under every post. You can switch at any time.
Which platforms are included?
Instagram, Threads, Facebook, X and YouTube Shorts. TikTok joins once TikTok's app review is complete; until then nothing is posted there automatically. We always post through the official APIs.
How fast can we start?
Usually two to three weeks: one week of setup, then a few days of trial run in which everything is planned but nothing is published. We only switch it on once you like the posts.
Is content made up with AI?
No. Reels show real footage from real sources, and every story is checked. AI helps with finding, rating and designing. Image posts get a suitable photo when there is one with a clear license, otherwise an AI image as an illustration, never as alleged proof. We never make up videos.
What if a post is wrong?
Every story is checked against at least two independent sources. If a mistake still happens, we take the post down right away and correct it, and the system learns the rule.
How long is the contract?
At least three months, then you can cancel monthly. At the end you receive all your data and posts.
What do you need from me?
Your details in the portal setup (about 15 minutes): company, brand, design, goals, topics, channels and rhythm. For the design, your Canva template or your wishes for a new one. We connect your accounts together in a short call, never with passwords by email. In the first week we ask for ten minutes a day for feedback.
Can I pause at any time?
Yes. In the portal you pause posting with one click, and single posts can be stopped. Nothing gets lost.
How secure is my portal?
Every client has their portal at their own address and sees only their own channel. We never store passwords in plain text, and a two-factor code from an app can be added. Too many wrong attempts slow down sign-in, and every sign-in is logged.
What about data protection?
We work with a data processing agreement, store access data only where it is needed, set no advertising cookies and load nothing from third-party servers on our site.
